Hardware
The Drive-Over Imaging Unit
The Vehitra™ imaging unit is a low-profile, surface-deployed drive-over imaging system designed to capture vehicle underbody images as vehicles pass over at speeds up to 15 km/h (approximately 9 mph). Image-triggered capture automatically records the underbody image sequence during a single pass — no manual triggering required.
Software
Automatic Capture & Technician Review Platform
Vehitra™ software automatically processes and assembles captured underbody image frames into a continuous underbody view. Technicians can review images, mark and annotate areas of interest, create inspection records, and generate reports from the Android Pad workstation.
Automatic Image Assembly
Captured underbody image frames are automatically processed and assembled into a continuous underbody view.
Annotation Tools
Technicians can mark, label, and annotate specific areas directly on the underbody image.
Inspection Records
Each inspection can be saved as a timestamped visual record associated with the vehicle.
Report Generation
Generate inspection reports for customer communication, documentation, or internal records.
Why Vehitra
Built Different. Built for Automotive.
No Lift Required
Capture a continuous underbody view before the vehicle is lifted, helping your team review more vehicles earlier in the service process.
Minimal Workflow Disruption
Vehicles drive over the system at low speed as part of normal intake, with no lifting or special positioning required for image capture.
Documented Every Time
Each inspection creates a timestamped visual record that supports customer communication, documentation, and future reference.
Technician-First Design
The Android Pad review interface is designed for practical service workflows, with clear image review, annotation, record keeping, and reporting.
